About me
My Story
When I first stepped up to a manager role I wasn't given any training. I was lost. I tried lots of different approaches from books and other courses. But this was still not helping me.What helped was connecting and being with other managers. Learning from others helped me develop my style.Having been the VP of People and seen how little investment or help is there for First Time Managers I came up with MangerOS to help First Time Managers during their early years of managing.I have coached and trained first time managers for the past 5 years. I have helped them navigate the highs and lows. Helping them move from lost to leading.
Why ManagerOS?
Like an operating system when this goes down or isn't working everything stops working. Being a Manager means you need to have the right OS set up to make sure nothing stops.
